History of MotorWorld Group Service

Since our founding in 1936, MotorWorld Group has dedicated itself to supporting the Wilkes-Barre, PA community and surrounding cities like Allentown, PA and Scranton, PA. From our humble beginnings we've grown into a multi-dealership company that employs hundreds of people throughout Pennsylvania, but one thing that hasn't changed is our desire to remain well-integrated within the areas we serve. For the last 80 years we've provided services, jobs, benefits, and superb automobiles to people across Northeastern Pennsylvania. Additionally, we're very active in the tri-county area as a leading participant in fundraisers, school programs, and local charities.

Current Initiatives

With 14 automotive brands operating within our group, our dealerships and our corporate team are involved in numerous services and charities. One such charity is Hyundai Hope on Wheels, a program begun 18 years ago with the goal to fight childhood cancer. Since then, Hyundai Motor America and Hyundai dealerships nationwide, including MotorWorld Hyundai, have banded together to raise more than $115 million, making Hope on Wheels a real force in the struggle against childhood cancer. Another service we're proud to be a part of is the Toyota College Grad Rebate. This program provides qualifying college graduates with a $750 rebate when they finance or lease one of several great Toyota models, along with especially competitive annual percentage rates and lease terms. We know paying for college can be tough, which is why we're happy to support a program that makes it easier for college grads to purchase a Toyota vehicle and start their post-graduate lives.
