MotorWorld | MileOne Autogroup is proud to participate in Pennsylvania’s COSTARS cooperative purchasing program, which helps eligible public-sector organizations simplify the procurement process through approved statewide contracts. Administered by the Pennsylvania Department of General Services, the program connects participating organizations with authorized suppliers while helping reduce administrative workload and improve purchasing efficiency.
How the COSTARS Program Works
The COSTARS program was created to help Pennsylvania public-sector organizations purchase vehicles, equipment, and services through competitively solicited contracts established by the Commonwealth. Instead of conducting a separate bidding process for every purchase, eligible organizations can work directly with approved COSTARS suppliers like MotorWorld | MileOne Autogroup through existing procurement agreements.
To participate as a supplier, businesses must register with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, complete the state bidding process, and meet contract compliance requirements established by the Department of General Services. Approved vendors gain access to Pennsylvania’s extensive cooperative purchasing network while maintaining accountability and procurement transparency.
The program is available to a wide range of qualifying organizations, including municipalities, school districts, public authorities, nonprofit educational institutions, fire departments, ambulance companies, rescue organizations, and other entities that utilize public funding for procurement purposes. Program participants can reduce administrative headaches, leverage purchasing efficiency, and gain access to competitively priced contracts from approved suppliers throughout Pennsylvania, all at no cost to eligible organizations.
Join Us for the First Responders Event
MotorWorld | MileOne Autogroup will also host “Built for Duty. Ready to Serve.” This first responders event takes place on June 2nd, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 150 MotorWorld Drive in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. It will feature hands-on vehicle walk-throughs, equipment demonstrations, opportunities to connect with industry professionals, and additional resources for participating organizations, followed by a lunch under the tent.
